Telephone Booths
All telephones at Chicago O'Hare International Airport are fully wheelchair accessible. In addition, a telephone with an amplified handset is also available at every bank of pay phones.

Service Areas
For travelers with disabilities, American and United Airlines feature specially designated lounges providing assistance. American Airlines features a lounge on Concourse K in Terminal 3 while United Airlines features lounges on Concourses B and C in Terminal 1.

Tourist Information

Airport Information / Customer Service booths are conveniently located on the lower levels of Terminals 1 and 3 as well as both the upper and lower levels of the International Terminal. Information and Customer Service Representatives at the airport provide assistance with general service information, airport directions, and language assistance. Additionally, the Travelers Aid office on the upper level of Terminal 2 is of great assistance to stranded travelers.
